What's He Doing?

As I walked into my company's washroom, I noticed that there was a guy in one of the washroom stalls. The strange thing about this was that his feet were facing the toilet. Ok, our washroom has one urinal so it's possible that the urinal was taken at the time so the dude needed to go to the stall. However, I walked in, walked into the urinal, washed my hands, and walked out of the washroom. This dude was still facing the toilet and there was absolutely no noise.

So, what conclusion should I draw from this? All I know is that I won't forget those shoes and when I finally see them again on the dude, I'll be adding him to the list of people's hands that I will never shake...right next to the dude who walks out of the stall with a can of coke and then leaves the washroom without visiting the local sink.
